Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Custom Orders

For custom or personalized orders, processing times may be longer. Specific processing times will be communicated at the time of order. Please make sure you are clear in your instructions/notes while checking out.

Shipping Rates

- Standard Shipping: $9.99 flat rate, estimated delivery within 3-7 business days. - Expedited Shipping: $19.99 flat rate, estimated delivery within 1-3 business days. - Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150, estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier’s website using this number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We do not support the sale or purchase of hemp and hemp-derived CBD products in the following U.S. states:

Shipping Locations

- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

- Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

Missing or Lost Packages

Lost Packages

- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

- We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement if necessary.

Meridian is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

- Meridian is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
